Capacity Works was established by Dr. Beth Mount in 2000 as a publishing company that is a forum for the exchange of inspiration, artwork, and ideas related to the journey of personal empowerment and social change. Beth's publications and inspirational artwork incorporate diverse multi-cultural and religious symbols to illustrate numerous stories of personal transformation.

Inclusion Press creates person centered resource materials for training events, public schools, high schools, community colleges, universities, human service agencies, health organizations, government agencies, families, First Nations organizations - nationally and internationally.

Axis Consulting & Training Ltd.
Axis Consultation and Training Ltd is a private consulting firm established by Norman Kunc and Emma Van der Klift which provides in-service and consultation in the areas of inclusive education, employment equity, conflict resolution, and management in human services. The training is based on the premise that a central characteristic of healthy organizations and schools is their ability to value the diversity of people as well as the diversity of opinion. The training offered by Axis is challenging, humorous, and incorporates many of the cooperative learning strategies designed to make adult learning enjoyable and effective.
